I would very much like to reiterate what i have said on other occasions that we both are extremely grateful for the high standard of care that Mam received while she was with you and i would be pleased if you could let your staff know how much we both appreciate, how much we value all the human warmth and affection that went along with the efficiency and professionalism.

Just to say thank you to all the wonderful staff at Belle Vue House, you all had a part in taking care of my husband for that you should all have gold medals. Also thank you for making us feel welcome every time we visited. will miss you all.

We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to everyone for all the love, attention and friendship shown to mam though out her eight year stay with you. We are happy in the knowledge that she will be remembered with affection.
